1.Acceptance and Scope
This Community and User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and SGSuperFans Inc. (“SGSuperFans,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered under the laws of Ontario, Canada. This Agreement governs all community interactions, conduct standards, and user responsibilities on the SGSuperFans platform, website, and related services.
This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the SGSuperFans Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other published platform policies. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise.
Your acceptance of this Agreement is formed and becomes binding at the earliest of: (a) clicking any acceptance button; (b) completing account registration; (c) accessing, browsing, or using the platform in any capacity; or (d) engaging in any interaction with another user on the platform. Each subsequent use of the platform reaffirms your acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.
Applicability
This Agreement applies to all uses of the platform, including browsing public profiles, subscribing to creators, purchasing content, sending messages, tipping, commenting, participating in live streams, and any other form of community interaction. It applies regardless of whether you have paid for any service or are accessing free content.
2.Community Philosophy
SGSuperFans is a premium creator economy platform designed to facilitate authentic, professional, and mutually respectful relationships between elite creators and their most dedicated fans. The platform is built on the premise that creators deserve to be compensated fairly for their work, and fans deserve genuine access and engagement with the creators they admire.
Core Values
- Respect: Every interaction between users must be grounded in fundamental respect for human dignity. No user is above the community standards set out in this Agreement, regardless of their account status, subscription tier, or spending level.
- Authenticity: SGSuperFans is a platform for genuine human connection. Inauthentic behavior, including the use of bots, fake engagement, fabricated personas, and manufactured interactions, undermines the platform community and is strictly prohibited.
- Safety: All users have the right to participate in the platform community free from harassment, intimidation, abuse, and exploitation. SGSuperFans takes safety violations seriously and will act decisively to protect users.
- Fairness: The platform provides fair access and enforcement for all users. Community standards apply equally to fans, creators, and all other participants regardless of financial contribution or creator status.
- Accountability: Users are responsible for their conduct on this platform. A subscription, premium membership, or large financial contribution does not grant immunity from community standards or provide license to disregard the rights of others.
Creator-Fan Dynamic
The creator-fan relationship on SGSuperFans is a professional relationship governed by the terms of any subscription or purchase agreement between the parties. Creators are independent professionals. Fans are customers and community participants. Neither party may exploit or abuse the other. SGSuperFans facilitates this relationship but is not a party to the personal, romantic, or business arrangements that may develop between individual creators and fans outside the formal structure of the platform.
3.Who This Agreement Covers
This Agreement applies to every individual or entity that accesses or uses the SGSuperFans platform in any capacity. The following user categories are all bound by this Agreement:
- Fans: Registered users who follow, subscribe to, tip, purchase content from, or otherwise interact with creators on the platform.
- Creators: Registered users who publish content, offer subscriptions, provide paid services, or otherwise monetize their presence on the platform.
- Guest Visitors: Unregistered individuals who browse public areas of the platform without creating an account.
- Talent Managers and Representatives: Individuals who access or manage creator accounts on behalf of creators, subject to the same standards as the creators they represent.
- Agency Users: Entities operating on behalf of multiple creators or managing creator portfolios on the platform.
Representative Liability
If you access or manage a platform account on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement. Both the representative and the represented party are jointly and severally responsible for all obligations, conduct, and liabilities that arise from use of the account.
4.Fan Account Conduct
As a fan on SGSuperFans, you are a member of a professional community. Your conduct must reflect the standards expected in a premium platform environment. By using the platform as a fan, you specifically agree to the following requirements:
Respectful Conduct
- Treat creators and other fans with courtesy and professionalism at all times, in all areas of the platform including messages, comments, live streams, and event chats.
- Accept that creators are independent professionals who set their own boundaries regarding content, availability, and interaction. A subscription or monetary payment does not entitle you to demand any particular type of content, response, or personal access beyond what the creator has explicitly offered.
- Respect stated creator availability. If a creator has indicated that they are unavailable, not taking new messages, or on a break, you must honour that boundary and not attempt to circumvent it through alternate accounts or indirect contact.
- Refrain from attempting to establish or pursue any romantic relationship with a creator based solely on your status as a paying fan. Creators are not obligated to reciprocate personal feelings or engage beyond their stated professional offering.
Account Integrity
- You may maintain only one active fan account unless SGSuperFans has provided express written permission for additional accounts.
- You must not impersonate any other user, celebrity, public figure, creator, or SGSuperFans employee in your profile, communications, or any other context on the platform.
- You must not create fan accounts for the purpose of harassing, monitoring, or retaliating against a creator who has blocked you or restricted your access.
- Account credentials are your personal responsibility. You must not share login credentials with others or use another person’s account to access content or interact with creators.
5.Content Access and Personal Use
When you purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise gain access to creator content on SGSuperFans, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to view that content through the platform’s authorized tools. This licence does not include any ownership interest in the content and does not permit any use beyond personal, private viewing.
Prohibited Content Uses
- You must not download, save, capture, record, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce any paid, subscription, or exclusive creator content through any means, including third-party software, browser extensions, or device-level screen capture tools.
- You must not share, redistribute, republish, re-upload, or transmit any creator content to any third party, social media platform, website, messaging group, or any other channel, regardless of whether the sharing is for commercial gain.
- You must not use any creator’s likeness, name, image, voice, or content beyond private personal enjoyment without the creator’s express written permission.
- You must not compile, aggregate, or systematically collect creator content for any purpose, including the creation of unauthorized archives, databases, or content repositories.
Creator Intellectual Property
All content published on SGSuperFans by creators remains the exclusive intellectual property of the creator unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your payment for access does not transfer any copyright, moral rights, or ownership interest to you. The creator retains full rights to remove, modify, or restrict access to their content at any time.
6.Fan Financial Conduct
All financial transactions on SGSuperFans, including subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, tips, gifts, event tickets, and paid direct messages, are governed by the Terms of Service and the following specific obligations applicable to fan financial conduct.
Payment Obligations
- You must use only payment methods that are legitimate, authorized by you, and in your name or in the name of a legal entity you are authorized to represent. You must not use stolen credit cards, fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or payment instruments belonging to others without explicit authorization.
- Subscription fees are charged on the billing cycle selected at time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and adequately funded throughout your subscription period.
- Voluntary payments including tips, gifts, and paid message fees are final and non-refundable once processed except as required by applicable consumer protection law or as expressly provided in the Terms of Service.
Chargeback and Dispute Policy
- A chargeback or payment reversal filed with your bank or card issuer for any transaction where content was delivered, access was provided, or a service was rendered as described constitutes financial fraud and a material breach of this Agreement.
- SGSuperFans will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and provide transaction records, IP logs, access records, and other documentation to the relevant payment processor to dispute any unauthorized reversal.
- Any account associated with fraudulent chargeback activity will be immediately suspended, the full amount of the reversed transaction plus any processing fees will be transferred to collections, and the account may be permanently banned from the platform.
- Repeated or significant chargeback fraud may be referred to law enforcement and relevant fraud prevention agencies.
7.Creator Conduct and Accountability
Creators on SGSuperFans are independent professionals responsible for their own content, conduct, communications, and the community they build. SGSuperFans provides the platform infrastructure; creators are responsible for operating their accounts with integrity, professionalism, and full compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
Authenticity and Honesty
- You must represent yourself honestly and accurately to fans. This includes your professional background, credentials, identity, and the nature of the content and services you are offering. Deliberate misrepresentation of material facts to fans in connection with a paid service is fraud.
- You must not use fake or purchased follower counts, subscriber numbers, engagement metrics, view counts, or any other performance indicator that creates a false impression of your popularity or reach for the purpose of attracting fan subscriptions or payments.
- You must not create the false impression that a fan has an exclusive or personal relationship with you beyond what you have genuinely offered and delivered. Marketing language suggesting personalized attention must reflect actual availability and delivery.
Professional Conduct Toward Fans
- Treat all fans with basic professional courtesy regardless of their spending level. You may set community rules, restrict interaction types, and moderate your space, but you may not engage in targeted harassment, humiliation, or retaliatory conduct against fans.
- You must not pressure, coerce, manipulate, or emotionally exploit fans into spending money, upgrading subscriptions, or purchasing additional content. High-pressure sales tactics, manufactured emotional urgency, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals violates this Agreement and may violate applicable consumer protection law.
- Creator communities act as a direct reflection of your conduct. You are responsible for moderating your own comments and community spaces to prevent harassment, illegal content, and violations of this Agreement from persisting in your channels.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content, communications, and actions taken from your creator account, whether performed by you personally or by an authorized representative, talent manager, or third-party agency operating the account on your behalf. You may not use delegation of account management as a defense against enforcement action under this Agreement.
8.Marketing and Representation
Creators who promote their SGSuperFans presence through external channels, social media, advertising, or any other marketing format are subject to the following requirements in addition to applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection law.
Truthful Advertising
- All marketing materials, promotional content, and claims made about your SGSuperFans offerings must be truthful, accurate, and non-misleading at the time of publication. Claims about content you offer, interaction levels, response times, or exclusive access must reflect what you actually deliver.
- You must not use false urgency, manufactured scarcity, or misleading countdown timers to pressure fans into purchases unless those limitations are genuine.
- You must not make earnings claims, lifestyle promises, or success projections to fans when promoting your content or services, as these may mislead vulnerable individuals who misinterpret the nature of the creator-fan relationship.
Sponsorship and Paid Promotion Disclosure
- You must clearly and prominently disclose all material relationships, including paid sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, gifted products, and brand collaborations, in any content posted on SGSuperFans in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) advertising standards, and any equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction of residence or target audience.
- Disclosures must be unambiguous, positioned where fans will notice them, and not buried in long text or obscured by other elements. Phrases such as “#ad,” “Sponsored,” or “Paid Partnership with [Brand]” placed at the beginning of the content or description are acceptable disclosures.
- Undisclosed paid promotion is a violation of this Agreement and may be a violation of applicable law. SGSuperFans reserves the right to remove undisclosed promotional content and to cooperate with regulatory investigations related to creator advertising conduct.
9.Service Delivery Obligations
When a creator accepts payment from a fan for a specific service, including paid direct messages, shoutouts, personalized content, virtual consultations, event access, or pay-per-view content, the creator assumes a legal obligation to deliver that service as described within any communicated or reasonable timeframe.
Paid Content and Services
- Paid direct messages that promise a personalized response must receive a genuine, individualized reply from the creator within the timeframe stated on the creator’s profile or within a reasonable period not to exceed 30 days absent other stated terms.
- PPV content unlocked by a fan must be available for the period stated at the time of purchase. Removing PPV content shortly after fans have paid for access without providing equivalent replacement content or a refund is a breach of this Agreement.
- Subscription content must be delivered at the frequency and quality level communicated to subscribers. Extended periods of inactivity without communication, notification, or subscriber compensation may constitute a breach of fan subscription agreements and this Agreement.
- Shoutouts and personalized video or audio messages must be delivered within the stated timeframe and must genuinely reflect the fan’s request as communicated. Generic or clearly templated responses sold as “personalized” are a misrepresentation.
Non-Delivery Consequences
Repeated failure to deliver paid services as promised, or systematic misrepresentation of service availability, may result in: (a) SGSuperFans issuing refunds to affected fans and recovering those amounts from the creator’s pending balance; (b) account suspension or termination; (c) restriction on future payout eligibility; and (d) reporting to applicable consumer protection authorities where the conduct meets the threshold for a consumer protection violation.
10.Messaging and Direct Communication
The SGSuperFans direct messaging system is a professional communication tool. All messages sent through the platform, whether paid or unpaid, must comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws governing electronic communications.
Fan Messaging Conduct
- Messages must be respectful and consistent with the standards of professional communication. You may not send messages that are abusive, threatening, harassing, or that include language designed to intimidate, degrade, or demean the recipient.
- You must not send unsolicited explicit, sexual, or intimate content to any user unless that user has clearly indicated a willingness to receive such content as part of an explicit content offering on their profile.
- Spam messaging, including sending the same or substantially similar messages to multiple creators or users repeatedly, is prohibited. Automated mass messaging through any means is prohibited.
- You must not use the messaging system to solicit creators to take their relationship with you off-platform, to redirect fans away from the platform, to promote competing services, or to engage in business transactions outside of SGSuperFans.
Creator Messaging Obligations
- Where a creator charges fans for direct message access or personalized responses, the creator has an obligation to deliver genuine, non-automated responses consistent with the representation made to the fan at the time of purchase.
- Creators must not use automated messaging software, chatbots, AI-generated responses, or third-party services to fulfill paid personalized message requests without clear, prominent disclosure to the fan that automated systems may be used.
- Creators must not use the messaging system to harass, threaten, or retaliate against fans who have raised legitimate complaints, filed valid refund requests, or otherwise exercised their platform rights.
11.Comments and Public Interactions
Comments, reactions, and other public interactions on creator posts, stories, and public platform content represent the public face of the SGSuperFans community. All public interactions must reflect the standards expected of a premium, professional platform community.
Prohibited Comment and Interaction Conduct
- Posting comments that are abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory based on any protected characteristic, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Coordinated harassment, which includes organizing or participating in group campaigns to flood a creator’s content with negative, hostile, or manipulative comments with the intent to harm the creator’s reputation, emotional wellbeing, or business.
- Spam comments, including repetitive messages, irrelevant promotional content, unsolicited business offers, recruitment for competing platforms, or any content posted primarily for the purpose of generating artificial engagement.
- Posting false, defamatory, or malicious content about a creator, fan, or any other identifiable person, including unverified accusations of illegal or unethical conduct designed to damage that person’s reputation.
- Revealing, hinting at, or confirming the real-world identity, location, or personal information of any user who has not publicly disclosed that information.
Creator Moderation Rights
Creators have the right and responsibility to moderate their own public spaces on the platform. Creators may delete comments, restrict commenting, mute users, and set community standards for their channels that go beyond the minimum requirements of this Agreement. SGSuperFans supports creator moderation decisions that are made in good faith and consistent with platform policies.
12.Live Streams and Virtual Events
Live streaming, virtual events, video calls, and interactive sessions offered through SGSuperFans are subject to all community conduct standards in this Agreement and the following additional requirements applicable to real-time interactive content.
Participant Conduct During Live Events
- All participants in a live stream, virtual event, or interactive video session must conduct themselves with the same level of respect and professionalism required in all other platform interactions.
- Chat, comment, and interactive features during live events must not be used to post abusive, harassing, threatening, or disruptive content that interferes with other participants’ enjoyment of the event or the creator’s ability to conduct it.
- Attempting to disrupt, sabotage, or interrupt a live event through coordinated spam, technical interference, or any other means is a serious violation of this Agreement.
- Any questions, prompts, or interactive content submitted during a live event must comply with this Agreement. Submitting sexually explicit, harassing, or illegal prompts during a live session is prohibited.
Recording Prohibition
- You must not record, screenshot, screen-capture, or otherwise preserve any portion of a live stream or virtual event that has not been made available for download by the creator, regardless of the technical means available to you.
- Recording private or semi-private interactions such as paid one-on-one video sessions, private group video calls, or exclusive live Q&A sessions is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of all participants.
Event Access and Cancellation
Access to a paid live event or virtual session constitutes acceptance of the event terms at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility for cancelled or rescheduled events is governed by the Terms of Service refund provisions and any specific terms communicated at the time of ticket purchase.
13.Tipping, Gifting, and Voluntary Payments
Tips, virtual gifts, and other voluntary payments made through SGSuperFans are expressions of appreciation from fans to creators. They are voluntary, discretionary, and subject to the following terms.
Voluntary Nature of Tips
- Tips and virtual gifts are purely voluntary expressions of appreciation and do not create any obligation on the part of the creator to provide additional content, increase interaction levels, or otherwise alter the nature of the creator-fan relationship beyond what the creator has voluntarily offered.
- Tips, once processed, are final and non-refundable. You must not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a tip on the basis that you are dissatisfied with the creator’s subsequent behavior or content, as the voluntary nature of the payment means you accepted the risk of no specific return at the time of sending.
Creator Obligations Regarding Tips
- Creators must not use any form of emotional manipulation, coercion, false promises, fabricated urgency, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals to solicit tips or voluntary payments. The SGSuperFans platform is designed to facilitate voluntary fan appreciation, not to serve as a vehicle for extracting funds from fans through psychological pressure.
- Creators must not offer specific non-platform services, personal favors, in-person meetings, or any arrangement with potential safety or welfare implications as a reward or quid pro quo for tips, gifts, or voluntary payments.
- Creators must not imply that a fan’s failure to tip will result in any change to their subscription access, content availability, or standing in the creator’s community.
14.Harassment, Stalking, and Abuse
SGSuperFans maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, stalking, and abuse in any form. The safety of every user on this platform is a non-negotiable priority. The following conduct is absolutely prohibited and will in all cases result in immediate account action and, where warranted, law enforcement referral.
Definitions and Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment: Any pattern of unwanted contact, communications, or targeting that a reasonable person would find threatening, intimidating, or significantly distressing. A single incident of sufficient severity may also constitute harassment under this Agreement.
- Stalking: Repeatedly following, monitoring, contacting, or tracking another user’s activity on or off the platform after that user has clearly indicated they do not want further contact. Using the platform to monitor a creator’s online status, posting frequency, or location indicators as part of an obsessive or threatening behavioral pattern constitutes stalking.
- Doxxing: Researching, compiling, publishing, threatening to publish, or distributing another person’s private or personally identifying information, including home address, workplace, real name where not publicly disclosed, phone number, financial information, immigration status, or physical description matched with personal identifiers, without that person’s explicit consent.
- Threats of Violence or Harm: Any communication that expresses, implies, or could be reasonably interpreted as expressing an intent to cause physical harm, death, property damage, or severe emotional distress to any individual, regardless of whether the threat is characterized as a joke, fiction, or hypothetical.
- Sexual Harassment: Sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages, images, or requests for sexual interaction; making sexual comments about a person’s body or appearance in an unwelcome context; or persisting in sexual communication after being told to stop.
Coordinated Abuse and Brigading
Organizing, directing, or participating in coordinated campaigns to flood a user or creator with negative, hostile, abusive, or harassing content, whether originating on SGSuperFans or coordinated from an external platform, constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement. All identified participants in a coordinated harassment campaign may be subject to account action.
15.Content Theft and Piracy
Content published by creators on SGSuperFans represents significant professional labor and creative investment. Theft, unauthorized reproduction, or distribution of creator content is a serious violation of this Agreement, constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights, and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability.
Prohibited Content Activities
- Recording, downloading, or technologically capturing any content from the platform that is not explicitly provided for download by the creator through the platform’s official download feature.
- Sharing, distributing, selling, or making available any captured creator content on any external website, social media platform, messaging app, torrent network, file-sharing service, or any other channel.
- Creating, maintaining, contributing to, or promoting any website, service, or group whose purpose includes the aggregation, distribution, or sale of stolen SGSuperFans creator content.
- Purchasing access to a platform for the purpose of exfiltrating content for subsequent distribution rather than for genuine personal consumption.
DMCA and Copyright Enforcement
SGSuperFans is committed to protecting creator intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Canadian Copyright Modernization Act, SGSuperFans will respond to valid takedown notices and has a repeat-infringer termination policy. Users who repeatedly infringe upon creators’ copyrights will have their accounts permanently terminated.
Reporting Content Leaks
Creators who discover their content has been leaked or distributed without authorization should submit a DMCA takedown request or copyright infringement report to dmca@sgsuperfans.com. SGSuperFans will investigate all reported infringement promptly and take appropriate action including account termination of confirmed infringers.
16.Financial Fraud and Abuse
The integrity of the SGSuperFans payment ecosystem is essential for creators to receive fair compensation and for fans to make secure transactions. All forms of financial fraud and abuse are strictly prohibited and will be treated as serious legal matters.
Prohibited Financial Conduct
- Payment Card Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment cards, payment account credentials, or digital wallet access to fund transactions on the platform.
- Chargeback Fraud (Friendly Fraud): Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or card issuer for a transaction where content was accessed, a service was delivered, or access was provided as described, with the intent of receiving both the content and a refund. This is financial fraud and will result in debt collection action and potential criminal referral.
- Account Sharing: Sharing a single subscription account among multiple individuals who have not individually paid for access, for the purpose of circumventing subscription fees.
- Fake Account Creation for Promotions: Creating multiple accounts to benefit from promotional offers, new user discounts, or referral bonuses beyond the intended one-per-person allowance.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform’s tip or payment features to process, conceal, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activities. SGSuperFans cooperates fully with financial crime investigations and complies with all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.
- Creator Financial Fraud: Creators manufacturing fake engagement, artificially inflating tip totals through self-referral schemes, or fraudulently representing earnings metrics to attract investment or brand partnerships.
17.Reporting System
SGSuperFans provides reporting tools to enable the community to flag violations of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and applicable law. Using the reporting system is an important part of maintaining a safe and respectful community.
How to Report
- Every post, message, profile, comment, and user account on the platform includes a report option accessible through the options menu or similar interface element. Use this feature to report specific content or conduct.

- For content that may infringe copyright, contact our DMCA team at dmca@sgsuperfans.com.

The identity of reporting users is kept confidential to the extent consistent with safety and legal obligations. SGSuperFans will not disclose your identity to the reported user unless required by applicable law or court order.
18.Enforcement Actions and Strikes
SGSuperFans uses a progressive enforcement framework for most violations of this Agreement. Some violations, due to their severity, result in immediate permanent action without regard to prior conduct history.
Progressive Strike System
- Warning (First Minor Offense): A formal notice that your conduct has violated this Agreement. The warning specifies the violation, the required corrective action, and the consequences of further violations. Content associated with the violation may be removed.
- Strike 1: Temporary restriction of specific platform features, including messaging, commenting, tipping, or content posting, for a period determined by the severity of the violation and your prior conduct history.
- Strike 2: Extended suspension of account access, including all interactive features, for a period of 7 to 30 days. Pending payouts may be held pending review during a creator suspension.
- Strike 3: Permanent account termination with forfeiture of all pending balances in the case of creators who have engaged in repeated violations causing harm to the community.
Immediate Permanent Termination (No Strike Required)
The following violations result in immediate, permanent account termination without a progressive strike process:
- Possession, distribution, or production of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in a sexual context.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery involving any identifiable individual.
- Proven payment card fraud, financial fraud, or money laundering activity.
- Doxxing of platform employees or SGSuperFans staff.
- Credible and specific threats of violence against any identified person.
- Operation of an account found to have concealed or misrepresented the user’s age to access the platform as a minor.
- Systematic and large-scale content piracy operations targeting multiple creators.
19.Appeals Process
SGSuperFans is committed to fair enforcement of this Agreement. Users who have received enforcement action they believe was issued in error, applied to the wrong account, or based on false information have the right to submit an appeal.
Eligibility to Appeal
- Any user who has received a strike, suspension, or account termination may appeal, with the exception of cases involving CSAM, credible threats of violence, or platform employees who have been terminated for cause following a formal investigation.
- Appeals must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the enforcement action being applied to the account. Appeals submitted outside this window will not be considered absent extraordinary circumstances.
How to Submit an Appeal
- Submit your appeal by email to appeals@sgsuperfans.com using the email address associated with your account.
- Your appeal must include: (a) your username and the email associated with your account; (b) a clear description of the enforcement action you received; (c) your specific grounds for disagreement; and (d) any evidence, context, or documentation that supports your position.
- Do not submit the same appeal multiple times. Repeated submissions for the same matter will not accelerate the review process and may delay it.
Appeal Review and Decision
SGSuperFans will acknowledge receipt of your appeal within 5 business days and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation. The appeals decision is a final and binding determination. SGSuperFans does not offer second appeals, arbitration of enforcement decisions, or judicial-style review of moderation outcomes. SGSuperFans’s moderation authority is discretionary within the scope of its contractual and legal obligations.
20.Adult Content Community Standards
SGSuperFans permits adult content on the platform subject to strict eligibility, verification, and conduct requirements. All participants in the adult content ecosystem of the platform, including creators who produce it and fans who consume it, are subject to the following additional community standards.
Creator Requirements for Adult Content
- Creators who feature any adult content involving another individual must possess and maintain complete documentation confirming that each depicted person is 18 years of age or older at the time the content was produced. This documentation must be kept for a minimum of 5 years and must be provided to SGSuperFans upon request within 72 hours.
- All individuals depicted in adult content must have provided their free, informed, explicit, and contemporaneous consent to the production, publication, and distribution of that content through the SGSuperFans platform. Consent is not transferable and cannot be assumed from prior conduct or relationship.
- Adult content creators must not produce, upload, or distribute content involving any element of coercion, non-consent, violence, degradation without explicit prior agreement, or any scenario that reasonably depicts or simulates the sexualization of minors regardless of the ages of the actual participants.
- Creators operating in the adult content category may be subject to enhanced identity verification, periodic account review, and additional compliance requirements beyond those applicable to general creators on the platform.
Fan Conduct in the Adult Content Context
- The prohibition on recording, capturing, and distributing creator content applies with full force to adult content and will be enforced with particular rigor given the heightened privacy interests and potential for harm involved.
- Fans must not attempt to pressure, coerce, or manipulate creators into producing content that the creator has not voluntarily offered, regardless of the fan’s financial relationship with the creator.
- Requesting content that depicts or simulates underage individuals, non-consent, or violence in a sexualized context is an absolute prohibition with no exceptions, regardless of framing as fiction, fantasy, or role-play.
21.User-to-User Legal Responsibility
SGSuperFans is a platform that facilitates interactions between independent users. The company is not a party to the individual agreements, transactions, or personal relationships that may develop between fans and creators on the platform, except where the platform has expressly assumed an obligation or provided a guarantee.
Direct Liability Between Users
- When a creator and a fan enter into a direct agreement, whether for a personalized service, a custom content commission, an event appearance, or any other transaction that goes beyond the standard platform subscription and PPV framework, that agreement is between the fan and the creator. SGSuperFans is not a party to such agreements and does not guarantee their performance by either party.
- Users who are harmed by the conduct of another user, including through harassment, content theft, financial misrepresentation, or breach of a direct agreement, may have legal remedies available against that individual user directly under applicable civil law. SGSuperFans encourages affected users to seek independent legal advice regarding their options.
- Nothing in this section limits SGSuperFans’s right or obligation to enforce its community standards and take platform-level action against users who violate this Agreement, regardless of the civil legal relationship between those users.
Platform Liability Shield
SGSuperFans acts as an interactive computer service provider and is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (United States), Section 31.1 of the Broadcasting Act (Canada), and equivalent legislative safe harbour provisions in other applicable jurisdictions, SGSuperFans is not liable for content posted or conduct engaged in by platform users.
This liability shield does not protect SGSuperFans from liability for its own editorial decisions, its own conduct, or obligations it has expressly assumed elsewhere in this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
22.Modifications to This Agreement
SGSuperFans reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time as the platform evolves, as applicable law changes, or as new community risks emerge that require updated standards. The following process governs how modifications are communicated and when they take effect.
Notification of Changes
- For material changes that substantially affect user rights or obligations, SGSuperFans will provide at least 14 calendar days’ advance notice prior to the effective date of the change. Notice will be provided by email to the address associated with your account and through a prominent notice on the platform.
- For non-material updates, including clarifications, typographical corrections, stylistic changes, and minor procedural adjustments that do not substantively alter user rights, notice may be provided solely by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page.
- The platform will maintain an accessible version history of this Agreement on request so that users can review prior versions.
Effect of Continued Use
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any modification to this Agreement, regardless of whether you have actively reviewed the updated version, constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to a material modification, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
