Overview

1.Purpose, Scope, and Binding Effect

SGSuperFans Inc. (“SGSuperFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a digital creator economy platform (the “Platform”) that enables creators to publish and monetize a wide range of digital content and enables fans to discover, interact with, and support those creators. The Platform serves a global audience and is accessible from jurisdictions with markedly different legal regimes governing digital content, privacy, age verification, and consumer protection.

These Content Policies (the “Policies”) establish a clear, enforceable, and consistent standard for all content distributed on the Platform. They are designed to protect creators by establishing fair and transparent rules of engagement; fans by ensuring their experience is free from harmful, deceptive, or illegal material; third parties by protecting intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and personal dignity; and SGSuperFans by enabling the Platform to operate legally, sustainably, and in compliance with applicable laws across all accessible jurisdictions.

These Policies form an integral and binding part of the SGSuperFans Terms of Service and the Creator Agreement. They are incorporated into those agreements by reference. Every person who accesses the Platform, whether as a creator, fan, visitor, or in any other capacity, is bound by these Policies from the moment of access. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Policies constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Documents These Policies Work With

  • Terms of Service: The master agreement governing all use of the Platform, including payment terms, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability.
  • Creator Agreement: The supplemental agreement governing the rights and obligations of creators with respect to content monetization, commission structures, payouts, and creator-specific conduct rules.
  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): The policy governing general conduct on the Platform, including prohibited activities, account security, and technical misuse.
  • 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement: The compliance statement addressing record-keeping obligations for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct accessible from the United States.
  • Privacy Policy: The policy governing the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information on the Platform.
  • DMCA Policy: The policy governing copyright infringement notices, counter-notices, and the repeat infringer process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
These Policies are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Creators are responsible for independently assessing and complying with all laws applicable to their content in every jurisdiction in which their content is accessible.
Overview

2.Platform Classification and Content Categories

SGSuperFans is a user-generated content (UGC) hosting and distribution platform. SGSuperFans does not produce, commission, or editorially select the content published by its creators. SGSuperFans acts as an intermediary service provider and hosting provider in relation to creator content, consistent with the intermediary liability frameworks established under applicable Canadian law, United States law, and the legal regimes of other jurisdictions in which the Platform operates.

Supported Content Formats

  • Posts: Static image or text-based content published to a creator’s profile, accessible to subscribers, pay-per-view purchasers, or the public depending on creator settings.
  • Stories: Ephemeral content visible for a limited time period, viewable by followers and subscribers.
  • Reels: Short-form video content published to a creator’s profile and discoverable within the Platform’s feed.
  • Live Streams: Real-time video broadcast to fans, which may be free or ticketed and may incorporate interactive features including live purchasing and tip-based interactions.
  • Playlists and Collections: Organized libraries of previously published content, which may be offered on a subscription or pay-per-view basis.
  • Events: Scheduled performances, meet-and-greets, masterclasses, or other in-person or virtual experiences sold as ticketed events.
  • Shoutouts: Personalized video messages created by a creator for an individual fan on a paid basis.
  • Experiences: One-on-one or small-group paid sessions, including audio or video calls, virtual meet-and-greets, and masterclasses, conducted via the Platform’s integrated call infrastructure.
  • Direct Messages (DMs): Text, audio, image, and video messages exchanged between creators and fans through the Platform’s messaging system, which may be subject to paid access controls.
  • Shop Products: Digital or physical goods, including exclusive downloads, merchandise, and limited-edition items, offered for sale through a creator’s storefront.
  • Link Pages: Custom landing pages created by creators to aggregate and promote their content and external links.

General Content Categories

The Platform supports content across a wide range of categories, including entertainment, music, sports, fitness and wellness, lifestyle, education and tutorial content, technology, gaming, fashion, beauty, food and culinary arts, travel, business and entrepreneurship, art and creative expression, health and medical education, comedy, photography, news and commentary, showbiz, and personal development. Creators may associate their content with any applicable category.

Adult Content Category

The Platform supports an Adult Content category for content of a mature or sexually explicit nature. Adult content is subject to enhanced eligibility, verification, labeling, and access control requirements set out in Sections 7, 8, and 9 of these Policies. Adult content is an opt-in category that is not displayed in the general Platform feed and is subject to age verification for all viewers. Enabling adult content on your account constitutes an independent and binding agreement to comply with all requirements set out in Sections 7 through 9 and the SGSuperFans 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement, in addition to these Policies generally.

Overview

3.User Roles, Responsibilities, and Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to two primary classes of registered user: creators and fans. Each class carries distinct rights and responsibilities with respect to content. All users, regardless of role, are jointly and equally bound by these Policies as a condition of use.

Creators

A creator is any registered user who has been approved to publish content on the Platform, access content monetization features, and receive payouts. Creators bear primary and non-delegable responsibility for all content they publish. By publishing content on the Platform, a creator:

  • Represents and warrants that the content complies fully with all applicable laws in all jurisdictions in which it is accessible and with these Policies in their entirety.
  • Grants to SGSuperFans the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license necessary to host, distribute, transcode, cache, and display the content on the Platform.
  • Accepts full legal and financial liability for any violation of applicable law or these Policies arising from or in connection with the content.
  • Agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SGSuperFans and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and liabilities arising from the content or from the creator’s breach of these Policies.

Fans

A fan is any registered user who subscribes to, purchases content from, or otherwise interacts with creators and their content. Fans must not re-upload, redistribute, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce creator content in any form without the express written consent of the creator and, where applicable, SGSuperFans. Fans who upload profile pictures, bio text, or other user-generated content to the Platform are equally subject to these Policies in relation to that content.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum age (all users): All users must be at least 18 years of age to register for or access the Platform. The Platform is not designed for persons under 18, and SGSuperFans takes active steps to prevent underage access.
  • Creator eligibility: Creators must complete identity verification and, where required, age-of-performers certification before they are permitted to enable monetization features or publish certain categories of content.
  • Adult content creators: Creators wishing to enable adult content must be at least 21 years of age, must complete enhanced identity verification, and must certify compliance with all requirements set out in Sections 7, 8, and 9 of these Policies. This elevated age requirement reflects the heightened responsibility associated with the production and distribution of adult content.
  • Geographic restrictions: Some content categories, including adult content, may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Creators are responsible for ensuring that geographically restricted content is appropriately geo-blocked or otherwise made inaccessible in jurisdictions where it is unlawful.
SGSuperFans reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any user at any time and to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account for which satisfactory verification cannot be obtained. Providing false or misleading information during verification constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and these Policies.
Prohibited

4.Child Sexual Abuse Material and Minor Exploitation

SGSuperFans maintains an absolute, unconditional, and non-negotiable prohibition on all content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or depicts minors in any manner. This prohibition is without exception and without limitation. No artistic, creative, satirical, fictional, animated, educational, or any other justification will be recognized as grounds for deviation from this prohibition. The minimum age for all performers depicted in any sexual or sexualized manner on the Platform is 18 years, without exception.

Absolutely Prohibited Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as defined under applicable law, including the Criminal Code of Canada s.163.1, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256 and 2258A, and equivalent statutes in all applicable jurisdictions.
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or glorifies the sexual abuse, molestation, grooming, or exploitation of minors.
  • Any content in which a minor is depicted in a sexual or sexualized manner, whether or not the content depicts actual sexually explicit conduct as technically defined by statute.
  • Childlike or age-ambiguous characters in sexual or sexualized contexts, including fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions of persons who appear to be minors.
  • Any content that could be used to groom, gain access to, or exploit children, including content that normalizes adult-minor sexual relationships or interactions.
  • Any communication or solicitation directed toward minors for sexual purposes, whether through public content or direct messages.

Mandatory Reporting Obligations

SGSuperFans is legally required under the PROTECT Our Children Act (42 U.S.C. § 13032) to report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. Reports are made promptly upon detection. SGSuperFans also reports to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection through cybertip.ca and cooperates with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and equivalent authorities in all applicable jurisdictions.

  • Any user who encounters content that appears to depict a minor in a sexual or exploitative manner is legally and morally obligated to report it immediately to SGSuperFans at csam@sgsuperfans.com.
  • Users may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678 or online at www.missingkids.org/cybertipline, or to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection at www.cybertip.ca.
  • Failure to report suspected CSAM may itself constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. SGSuperFans’s own mandatory reporting obligations are triggered upon awareness and are not dependent on a user report.

Platform Response

  • Upon detection or credible report of CSAM or minor exploitation, SGSuperFans will immediately preserve and hash the content, file a report with NCMEC and applicable Canadian and international authorities, remove all affected content from the Platform, permanently terminate the responsible account, and provide all cooperation requested by law enforcement.
  • Account earnings associated with prohibited content will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently.
  • SGSuperFans will pursue all available civil remedies against any user who violates this prohibition and will cooperate fully with any criminal prosecution.
This is an Absolute Prohibition: There is no appeal, dispute resolution process, or reinstatement process available for account terminations resulting from CSAM violations. SGSuperFans’s determination in this matter is final and irrevocable. Any person who publishes or attempts to publish CSAM on the Platform will be reported to law enforcement and permanently banned. The criminal penalties for production, possession, and distribution of CSAM are severe in every jurisdiction and include significant terms of imprisonment.
Prohibited

5.Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

SGSuperFans prohibits without exception the publication, distribution, or use of non-consensual intimate imagery (“NCII”), commonly referred to as revenge pornography or image-based sexual abuse. NCII is the distribution of intimate, sexual, or private images of a person without that person’s unambiguous, ongoing, and freely given consent to the specific manner of distribution.

The prohibition on NCII reflects both legal obligation and fundamental Platform values. The non-consensual distribution of intimate imagery causes severe and lasting harm to victims, including psychological injury, damage to professional reputation, and loss of personal safety. No commercial, creative, or retaliatory justification for NCII will be recognized by SGSuperFans.

Legal Framework

  • Criminal Code of Canada, s. 162.1: The non-consensual publication of an intimate image is a criminal offence in Canada, punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment. SGSuperFans will cooperate fully with Canadian law enforcement investigations under this provision.
  • United States: The majority of U.S. states have enacted criminal laws prohibiting non-consensual pornography. The SHIELD Act and analogous state statutes impose criminal penalties and civil liability. SGSuperFans will cooperate with all lawful requests from U.S. law enforcement agencies.
  • United Kingdom: The Online Safety Act 2023 criminalizes the sharing of intimate images without consent, with enhanced penalties for threats to share. SGSuperFans will comply with all requests from UK regulatory and law enforcement bodies.
  • Australia: The Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) establishes a formal NCII reporting and takedown framework administered by the eSafety Commissioner. SGSuperFans participates in and cooperates with this framework for Australian users.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Publishing, uploading, or distributing intimate images of any person without their documented, explicit, and ongoing consent to the specific manner of publication.
  • Threatening to publish, or soliciting others to publish, intimate images of any person without consent.
  • Publishing intimate images of a former partner or intimate associate without consent, regardless of whether those images were originally created consensually.
  • Using intimate images as leverage, coercion, or blackmail in any form.
  • Disseminating links, instructions, or directions enabling users to locate or access NCII hosted elsewhere.

Victim Reporting and Support

  • Victims of NCII may report content directly to SGSuperFans at safety@sgsuperfans.com with the subject line “NCII Report.” Reports are treated with strict confidentiality and prioritized for review within 24 hours.
  • SGSuperFans will remove confirmed NCII immediately and permanently, without requiring the victim to submit a formal legal notice.
  • Victims may also seek assistance from StopNCII (www.stopncii.org), which enables victims to create a hash fingerprint of their images to prevent re-upload across participating platforms.
Zero Tolerance: Accounts found to have published NCII will be immediately and permanently terminated. Pending earnings will be withheld. SGSuperFans will provide all information available to it to law enforcement agencies investigating NCII criminal charges. There is no reinstatement process for accounts terminated for NCII violations.
Prohibited

6.Human Trafficking, Coercion, and Exploitation

SGSuperFans prohibits all content that facilitates, promotes, advertises, recruits for, or otherwise assists in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any form of coercion or control over another person. This prohibition applies equally to content targeting adults and minors.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Content that recruits, solicits, advertises, or facilitates the commercial sexual exploitation of any person, whether or not framed as consensual.
  • Content that describes, promotes, or glorifies escort services, sex trafficking, trafficking in persons, forced marriage, debt bondage, or any other form of human trafficking as defined under the Criminal Code of Canada (ss. 279.01 to 279.04) and the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (22 U.S.C. §§ 7101 et seq.).
  • Content designed to lure, groom, recruit, or transport vulnerable persons for the purpose of exploitation.
  • Content that uses force, fraud, or coercion in connection with the production, publication, or promotion of content on the Platform.
  • Content that represents or portrays a creator as a trafficked person or as providing services under coercion, even for purportedly creative purposes, where the content could reasonably function as actual recruitment or advertising material.

FOSTA-SESTA Compliance

The Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA, Pub. L. 115-164) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA) amended Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act to remove federal civil and criminal immunity for online platforms that knowingly facilitate sex trafficking. SGSuperFans’s prohibition on trafficking-facilitation content reflects, among other considerations, the legal requirements imposed by FOSTA-SESTA and the underlying goal of preventing sexual exploitation.

Creator Coercion Prohibition

Coercion within the creator community is itself a violation of these Policies. Any person who threatens, blackmails, or coerces a creator into producing or publishing content; controls a creator’s Platform account or earnings without freely given authorization; retains a creator’s identity documents or access credentials for the purpose of control; or otherwise exerts exploitative control over a creator’s participation on the Platform will have their account permanently terminated and will be reported to appropriate law enforcement.

Adult Content

7.Adult Content Eligibility and Platform Permissions

SGSuperFans permits creators to publish adult content, defined as sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content depicting consenting adults, subject to the eligibility requirements, verification obligations, and access control requirements set out in this Section and in Sections 8 and 9. The adult content system is designed to facilitate legitimate creative and commercial expression by adult creators while implementing robust safeguards to protect minors and non-consenting parties.

Eligibility Criteria for Adult Content Creators

  • The creator must be at least 21 years of age at the time of enabling adult content. This elevated age threshold reflects the heightened legal and compliance obligations associated with adult content production.
  • The creator must have completed SGSuperFans’s enhanced identity verification program, including biometric liveness verification and government-issued identification document verification.
  • The creator must execute the Adult Content Creator Certification, affirming compliance with all requirements of these Policies, the SGSuperFans 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement, and all applicable law.
  • Prior violations of these Policies, particularly violations related to age verification or NCII, permanently disqualify a creator from accessing adult content features, with no exception.

Permitted Adult Content

  • Sexually explicit visual depictions of consenting adult performers, where all performers have been age-verified by the creator in accordance with Section 8 and where all required records are maintained.
  • Sexually suggestive content, including implied nudity, lingerie, artistic nude photography, and similar content, where all persons depicted are verified adults who have consented to the content and its publication.
  • Erotic written fiction or audio content, provided the content does not depict or describe minors in a sexual context and does not violate any other provision of these Policies.

Prohibited Adult Content

  • Any content described in Section 4 (minor exploitation), Section 5 (NCII), or Section 6 (trafficking) of these Policies, without exception.
  • Content depicting or describing non-consensual sexual acts in an approving, eroticizing, or normalizing manner, even where framed as consensual fantasy for creative purposes.
  • Content involving real animals in sexual acts with humans.
  • Adult content in which any performer appears or could reasonably be perceived to be under the age of 18, regardless of the creator’s assertion of legal age. Age-ambiguous performers must submit supplemental documentation confirming adult age.
Enabling adult content on your SGSuperFans account constitutes a binding representation that you have read and understand the SGSuperFans 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement in its entirety and that you accept all obligations set out therein as legally binding upon you in your capacity as a primary producer. This representation is non-retractable once adult content has been published.
Adult Content

8.Age Verification and Consent Documentation

Age verification and consent documentation are the cornerstones of SGSuperFans’s adult content compliance framework. Every creator who publishes adult content bears a personal, non-delegable legal obligation to verify the age and consent of every performer depicted in that content, prior to publication. This obligation applies regardless of the creator’s confidence in the performer’s apparent age or the circumstances of the content’s creation.

Age of Performers

  • The minimum age for all performers depicted in any adult content published on the Platform is 18 years. SGSuperFans applies this standard uniformly regardless of the jurisdiction in which the content was produced or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
  • Any performer who appears age-ambiguous must provide supplemental documentation confirming their adult age. Age-ambiguity is determined by the Platform’s moderation team, whose assessment is final for publication purposes pending completion of documentation.

Required Documentation (Primary Producer Obligations)

Creators publishing visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are primary producers under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and must maintain the following records for each performer depicted:

  • A copy of one or more government-issued photo identification documents establishing the performer’s legal name, date of birth, and current age. Acceptable documents include passports, driver’s licenses, state or provincial identity cards, and other government-issued photo ID.
  • A record of the legal name and any other name (including stage name) used by the performer in connection with the content.
  • The date of birth of each performer, cross-referenced against the identification document.
  • A statement of each performer’s consent to the creation, publication, and distribution of the content on the Platform, in terms adequate to confirm informed, voluntary, and documentable consent.

Record Retention and Production

  • Records must be retained for a minimum period of seven years after the date on which the last content depicting the performer was published, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law.
  • Records must be organized and indexed in a manner that allows all records pertaining to a particular performer to be retrieved and produced within 48 hours of a request from SGSuperFans, a compliance inspector, or a law enforcement authority acting pursuant to a lawful inspection or legal process.
  • Failure to produce records upon a lawful request will result in removal of all affected content and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Creator Certification

By publishing adult content, a creator provides the following certification to SGSuperFans: (i) all performers depicted in the content are at least 18 years of age; (ii) the creator has personally examined acceptable government-issued identification for each performer confirming this; (iii) all required records are maintained in compliance with 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and in accordance with these Policies; and (iv) all performers have provided documented, voluntary consent to the creation and publication of the content. This certification is legally material and a breach thereof constitutes a material breach of the Creator Agreement.

Adult Content

9.Content Rating, Labeling, and Access Controls

SGSuperFans operates a mandatory content labeling and access control system for adult and sensitive content. The goal of this system is to ensure that all users, and particularly minors and users who have not opted in to explicit content, receive appropriate notice of and protection from adult or sensitive material before encountering it.

Content Labels

  • Explicit: Applied to content containing actual sexually explicit conduct, full nudity, or other material constituting adult content under Section 7. Requires viewer age verification and opt-in.
  • Mature: Applied to content containing strong language, partial nudity, sexually suggestive material, graphic violence, or other content suitable only for adult audiences. Requires user acknowledgment before display.
  • Sensitive: Applied to content dealing with topics such as self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, trauma, or other subjects that may be distressing. Safe messaging resources are displayed alongside labeled content.

Creator Labeling Obligations

  • Creators are required to apply accurate and appropriate labels to all content before publication. Deliberately mislabeling content to evade access controls or content moderation is a material breach of these Policies and will result in account suspension.
  • SGSuperFans’s automated content review systems independently assess content for labeling accuracy and may override or supplement creator-applied labels where a more restrictive label is warranted.
  • Creators may not use misleading preview images, titles, or descriptions to circumvent the intent of the labeling system.

Access Controls for Adult Content

  • Adult content is subject to a two-factor access control system: (i) the viewer must be a registered Platform user with a verified age of 18 or more; and (ii) the viewer must have affirmatively opted in to adult content in their account settings.
  • Adult content may not be included in promotional materials, publicly accessible thumbnails, or platform-wide discovery features that could expose unverified or minor users.

Geographic Access Restrictions

  • Adult content is subject to automatic geographic access restrictions in jurisdictions where such content is prohibited or heavily regulated by applicable law. SGSuperFans implements these restrictions at the platform level using IP-based geolocation as a primary mechanism, supplemented by account-level jurisdiction data where available.
  • Creators are independently responsible for ensuring that their adult content complies with the laws of all jurisdictions from which it is accessible and must proactively request geographic restrictions where required by law.
  • The use of VPNs or other circumvention tools to access adult content in restricted jurisdictions is a violation of the Terms of Service.
Standards

10.Broadly Prohibited Content

SGSuperFans reserves the right to determine that content not explicitly described below nonetheless violates the spirit and purpose of these Policies.

  • Content promoting or providing tools for unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, accounts, or personal data of third parties.

Standards

11.Hate Speech, Harassment, Extremism, and Violence

SGSuperFans is committed to maintaining a platform where every person can participate without being subjected to dehumanization, targeted harassment, incitement to violence, or extremist propaganda. These commitments are grounded in both legal obligation and the fundamental values of human dignity that the Platform upholds as a condition of doing business globally.

Hate Speech

Content constitutes hate speech under these Policies where it promotes, incites, or expresses contempt, hatred, or support for discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, and similar characteristics recognized under applicable human rights legislation.

  • Dehumanizing language that describes any person or group as subhuman, parasitic, verminous, or otherwise unworthy of human dignity based on protected characteristics.
  • Calls for discrimination, segregation, exclusion, or violence targeting any person or group based on protected characteristics.
  • Content reinforcing harmful stereotypes in a manner that degrades entire groups or denies their fundamental humanity.
  • Holocaust denial, genocide denial, and denial of documented atrocities perpetrated against groups on the basis of protected characteristics.

Harassment and Coordinated Targeting

  • Targeted harassment campaigns directed at specific individuals, including repeated unwanted contact, public shaming, doxxing (revealing private personal information without consent), or calls to others to engage in harassment.
  • Content designed to intimidate, threaten, or coerce a specific individual into silence or compliance, including through repeated hostile messaging.
  • Sexualized harassment, including sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages or images, or creating sexual content targeting a real identified person without their consent.

Threats and Incitement to Violence

  • Direct or indirect threats of physical violence, sexual violence, or death against any identified or identifiable individual or group.
  • Content that publicly incites others to commit acts of violence against specific persons, locations, or groups.
  • Statements celebrating, glorifying, or expressing approval of acts of terrorism, mass violence, or genocide, or of the perpetrators of such acts.

Extremist and Terrorist Content

  • Content produced by, attributable to, or designed to recruit for, a recognized terrorist organization, violent extremist group, or hate group as designated under applicable Canadian, United States, or international law.
  • Propaganda, manifestos, or promotional material for any organization that seeks to advance its objectives through terrorism, mass violence, or genocide.
  • Content glorifying or promoting the ideology of violent extremist movements, regardless of whether a specific designated organization is named.
Satire, commentary, counter-speech, artistic exploration, educational content, and journalism on these subjects are not prohibited by these Policies, provided they do not themselves constitute hate speech, harassment, or incitement. Context is evaluated holistically. SGSuperFans recognizes the importance of free expression and will not apply these restrictions in a manner that silences legitimate commentary or critique.
Standards

12.Health, Safety, and Dangerous Information

The Platform hosts a significant volume of health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and medical education content. SGSuperFans recognizes the immense value of this content when produced responsibly, including the value of creators who share lived experience, personal transformation journeys, and professional expertise. Certain categories of health information can, however, cause direct and severe harm if presented irresponsibly, particularly to vulnerable users.

Medical Misinformation

  • Content that contradicts or misrepresents established medical consensus on vaccines, communicable disease transmission, scientifically validated treatments, or other areas of settled medical science in a manner that could discourage protective health behaviors or encourage dangerous ones.
  • Content promoting miracle cures, unproven treatments, or fraudulent health products as substitutes for evidence-based medical care.
  • Content that encourages users to stop or avoid prescribed medications or licensed medical treatment without medical guidance.

Eating Disorders and Body Image

  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for dangerous dietary restriction, purging behaviors, or other behaviors associated with clinical eating disorders.
  • Content presenting dangerously low body weight as desirable or aspirational, particularly in contexts that could normalize disordered eating for young or vulnerable audiences.

  • Graphic visual depictions of self-harm or suicide that serve no protective educational or journalistic purpose.
  • Content that glorifies or romanticizes self-harm or suicide in a manner likely to encourage imitation by vulnerable individuals.

SGSuperFans follows internationally recognized safe messaging guidelines developed by the World Health Organization, the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention, and equivalent bodies. Dangerous Challenges and Activities

  • Content encouraging participation in challenges or activities that carry a significant risk of death or serious injury, particularly where targeted at younger audiences.
  • Content presenting reckless driving, extreme self-endangerment, or dangerous stunts for entertainment in a manner that encourages imitation without appropriate safety context.

Creators who do not hold professional qualifications in medicine, psychology, nutrition, or related fields must not represent themselves as licensed professionals in those fields.

  • Creators who incorporate third-party music or sound recordings into their content must hold a valid synchronization licence and, where applicable, a master recording licence, or must use music obtained from the Platform’s licensed music library or from royalty-free sources that expressly permit commercial use.
  • The unauthorized use of commercially released music in content, particularly in monetized content, is a common source of copyright infringement claims and may result in content removal, demonetization, or account action.

DMCA Safe Harbor and Copyright Notices

SGSuperFans operates as a service provider eligible for safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and under the equivalent notice-and-notice regime established under the Canadian Copyright Act. SGSuperFans maintains a DMCA Policy and a designated DMCA Agent as required by statute.

  • Copyright owners who believe their work has been infringed on the Platform may submit a compliant DMCA takedown notice to dmca@sgsuperfans.com. The notice must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
  • Creators who believe their content was wrongfully removed in response to a takedown notice may submit a counter-notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to dmca@sgsuperfans.com.
  • SGSuperFans enforces a repeat infringer policy. Creators who receive three or more substantiated copyright infringement notices within a 12-month rolling period will have their accounts permanently terminated.

Trademarks and Rights of Publicity

  • Content that infringes third-party trademarks, including unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or trade dress in a manner that creates consumer confusion or constitutes passing off, is prohibited.
  • Content that commercially exploits the name, image, likeness, or voice of any real identifiable person without their consent and without appropriate legal authority is prohibited.
Creator

14.Commercial Disclosure, Sponsorships, and Advertising

The Platform provides creators with significant commercial opportunities, including direct monetization through subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, and paid DMs, as well as brand-funded commercial opportunities through the Platform’s Audience Segments marketplace and external brand relationships. Wherever commercial relationships influence content, that relationship must be transparently disclosed to audiences.

Disclosure Obligations

Creators are required to comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws and guidance, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), the Competition Bureau of Canada’s guidelines on deceptive marketing practices, and applicable regulations of the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority and equivalent bodies. The core principle is simple: if you are being paid, gifted, or otherwise compensated to create or publish content, your audience must know.

  • Any content created or published in exchange for payment, free products, services, travel, discounts, or any other form of compensation must be disclosed as paid or sponsored content using clear, conspicuous, and prominent language.
  • Accepted disclosure labels include “Ad,” “Paid Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” “Paid Partnership,” and “Gifted” (where applicable). Labels must appear at the beginning of the content, not buried in hashtags, footnotes, or descriptions.
  • Affiliate links and promotional codes that generate commissions for the creator must be disclosed as such. The disclosure “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission on purchases made through this link” is sufficient.
  • Disclosures must be in the same language as the content and must be visually and audibly prominent in video content.

Audience Segments Marketplace

Creators who engage with the Audience Segments marketplace to facilitate brand-funded collaborations are subject to the additional commercial disclosure requirements set out in the Audience Segments Addendum to the Creator Agreement. SGSuperFans charges a commission of 20% on brand partnership deal values facilitated through the Audience Segments marketplace.

Prohibited Commercial Practices

  • False or misleading endorsements, including claims of using a product or service you have not actually used, or fabricated testimonials and reviews.
  • Promotion of, or participation in, investment products, opportunities, or schemes without required financial regulatory registration or in violation of applicable securities laws.
  • Promotion of goods or services that are themselves prohibited under these Policies or applicable law, including illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent financial products.
  • Comparative advertising that makes false or misleading claims about competing products or creators.

15.Authenticity, Accuracy, and AI-Generated Content

SGSuperFans values authenticity. Creators build audiences based on trust, and that trust depends on honest representation of identity, expertise, and the nature of the content being provided. The rapid development of AI-generated content, deepfakes, and synthetic media has created new and significant risks to authenticity that these Policies directly address.

Impersonation

  • Creating an account or producing content that impersonates, mimics, or is designed to be mistaken for another real person, including other creators, celebrities, public figures, or private individuals, without their express consent, is prohibited.
  • Parody and satire accounts are permitted where the account name and content make immediately and unambiguously clear that the account is not officially affiliated with the subject, using clearly satirical or parodic labeling.
  • Impersonating SGSuperFans or representing oneself as an official SGSuperFans account, employee, or representative is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

AI-Generated and Synthetic Media

  • Content that is substantially generated or modified by AI tools must be labeled as AI-generated at the time of publication. This includes AI-generated images, videos, audio, text, and composite media. The label must be clear and accessible to viewers before they consume the content.
  • Deepfakes - AI-generated or AI-manipulated video, audio, or image content that realistically depicts a real identified person saying or doing something they did not say or do - are prohibited without the express written consent of the depicted person and prominent disclosure to viewers.
  • AI-generated synthetic adult content depicting real identifiable persons is prohibited without the explicit verified consent of each person depicted, in addition to full compliance with Sections 7 and 8.
  • AI-generated content designed to appear as factual news, documentary footage, or authentic evidence of events that did not occur as depicted is prohibited as disinformation.

False Credentials and Expertise Claims

  • Creators must not falsely represent themselves as holding professional credentials in medicine, law, psychology, finance, or other fields requiring professional licensing, where those credentials are not held. Misrepresentation of professional credentials in connection with advice likely to be relied on by others constitutes unfair or deceptive conduct under applicable consumer protection law.
  • Creators who do hold relevant professional credentials are encouraged to disclose those credentials and must not misrepresent the nature or scope of those credentials.

Election and Civic Integrity

  • Content that misrepresents voting procedures, polling locations, balloting processes, or electoral eligibility requirements in any jurisdiction is prohibited.
  • Content that falsely attributes statements to political candidates or officials for the purpose of influencing elections is prohibited.
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior - the use of multiple accounts, paid networks, or automation to artificially amplify political messaging in a manner that disguises its coordinated and inauthentic nature - is prohibited.

16.Content Review and Moderation Systems

SGSuperFans operates a multi-layered content moderation system designed to detect and address policy violations before and after content is published on the Platform. The architecture of the moderation system reflects a risk-tiered approach: the most serious potential harms, particularly those involving minors, are addressed through the most intensive pre-publication review.

Pre-Publication Review

  • All adult content submitted for publication is subject to automated pre-publication screening. Automated screening systems apply image and video classification algorithms trained to detect potential CSAM (using PhotoDNA and equivalent hash-matching technology), apparent underage performers, NCII indicators, and other high-risk content categories.
  • Content flagged by automated pre-publication screening is held from publication and escalated to SGSuperFans’s human moderation team for review. Publication is withheld pending a human review decision.
  • Non-adult content is subject to automated classification for obvious policy violations, including hate speech, CSAM indicators, graphic violence, and spam or fraud patterns. Flagged content is escalated for human review.

Post-Publication Monitoring

  • Published content is subject to ongoing automated monitoring and periodic human review. SGSuperFans operates an active moderation team responsible for reviewing reported content, investigating flagged accounts, and identifying and responding to emergent violations.
  • The Platform uses hash-matching technology consistent with the NCMEC PhotoDNA standard to compare all uploaded images and video against known CSAM hash databases. This comparison is performed at the time of upload and periodically on existing content libraries.

Enforcement Tiers

  • Warning: For minor, first-time, or inadvertent violations, SGSuperFans may issue a written warning without removing the content or restricting the account. Warnings are recorded and considered in all subsequent enforcement decisions.
  • Content removal: The specific non-compliant content is removed. The creator is notified of the removal and the policy basis for the decision.
  • Demonetization: The creator’s ability to monetize specific content or all content on the Platform may be restricted, pending review or as a sanction for policy violations.
  • Account suspension: Temporary restriction of the creator’s ability to publish, interact, or earn on the Platform, pending investigation or as a progressive sanction.
  • Permanent termination: Permanent and irrevocable closure of the account, with forfeiture of any earnings associated with non-compliant content. Applied to serious, repeated, or irremediable violations.
  • Law enforcement referral: In all cases involving suspected criminal activity, including CSAM, NCII, trafficking, or fraud, SGSuperFans will refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement without prior notice to the user.

17.Reporting, Takedowns, and Appeals

SGSuperFans provides accessible and transparent mechanisms for users to report potential policy violations, for affected parties to request content removal, and for creators to dispute moderation decisions they believe are erroneous. A fair and functioning appeals process is essential to maintaining creator trust and ensuring that moderation decisions are accurate.

Reporting Violations

Any user may report content or conduct that they believe violates these Policies. Reports may be submitted through the in-Platform reporting tool visible on each piece of content, through the SGSuperFans app or website report feature, or by email to the applicable contact listed below.

Response Timeframes

  • CSAM and child exploitation reports: Within 1 hour of receipt during operating hours; within 4 hours at all other times.
  • NCII and urgent safety reports: Within 24 hours.
  • DMCA takedown notices: Within 3 business days of receipt of a compliant notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
  • General content moderation reports: Within 72 hours during normal report volume; up to 7 business days during high-volume periods.

Creator Appeals Process

A creator whose content has been removed or whose account has been restricted or terminated may request a review of that decision (an “Appeal”) within 30 days of the enforcement action. To initiate an Appeal:

  • Submit the Appeal to content@sgsuperfans.com with the subject line “Appeal - [Your Username] - [Case Reference Number].”
  • The Appeal must identify: (i) the specific content removed or the enforcement action taken; (ii) the grounds on which the creator believes the enforcement action was in error; and (iii) any evidence supporting the creator’s position, including documentation of permissions, licences, age verification records, or consent documentation.
  • Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the content policy team who was not involved in the original enforcement decision. A written decision will be provided within 10 business days of receipt of a complete Appeal.
  • SGSuperFans’s decision on Appeal is final with respect to internal processes. Nothing in this process limits a creator’s right to seek dispute resolution under the Terms of Service or to pursue any legal remedy available under applicable law.
Enforcement actions relating to CSAM violations, human trafficking, or other absolute prohibitions set out in Sections 4, 5, and 6 of these Policies are not subject to the standard Appeals process. These determinations are final and irrevocable.

SGSuperFans reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Content Policies at any time, subject to the notice and acceptance provisions of the Terms of Service. Updates may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, technological developments, evolving community standards, or operational requirements.

  • For material changes to these Policies, SGSuperFans will provide at least 30 days’ prior written notice to registered users via in-app notification, email, or both, before the amended Policies take effect.
  • For changes required by law or regulation on an urgent basis, changes may take effect immediately upon publication, with notice provided as soon as practicable.
  • Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Policies. If you object to any amendment, your remedy is to cease using the Platform and to request account deletion.
  • Prior versions of these Policies are available upon written request submitted to legal@sgsuperfans.com.
